Accessibility: Ensure that the site is easily accessible by foot from York Centre, promoting a green and car-free approach to the location. Site Location: The project site is situated a convenient 40-minute walk from York Centre, making it easily reachable for both residents and tourists. Key Features: 1. Eco Campsite: Develop eco-friendly accommodation options, including campsites, glamping facilities, and sustainable cabins. 2. Learning Centre: Design and construct a learning centre with classrooms, interactive exhibits, and space for workshops and seminars. 3. Playscape: Create a nature-inspired playscape with elements that encourage imaginative play and physical activity for all ages. 4. Trails: Establish walking and hiking trails within the natural surroundings to encourage exploration and appreciation of the local environment. 5.
