Where the magic takes shape!
This creative journey generally involves the creation of mood boards, sketches, or cutting-edge digital renderings, all meticulously designed to help you envisage the proposed masterpiece.
How does the Visualisation process work?
STEP 1
SPATIAL LAYOUT AND ARRANGEMENT
Creating an optimal spatial layout and arrangement is paramount. Based on the outcome of our consultation, I'll expertly craft a space plan that maximises functionality and ensures an effortless flow throughout the area.
STEP 2
IDEA MOOD BOARDS
MATERIAL, FINISH, COLOUR & TEXTURE SELECTION
FURNITURE, FIXTURES,
EQUIPMENT (FF&E) SELECTION
As your dedicated design partner, I'll guide you through the intricate process of selecting materials, finishes, colours, and textures. Every choice is made with careful consideration of both aesthetics and functionality. From furniture selections to lighting fixtures and accessories, we'll ensure each piece harmoniously aligns with the design concept and budget. Bespoke furniture design concepts would be considered during this phase, if required.
STEP 3
DRAWING REVISION TO DETAIL: FINAL LAYOUT, FF&E, COLOURS, PATTERNS & MATERIALS
Here we finalise the details and make any necessary adjustments. We will have covered most things by this stage so changes are usually minor.
STEP 4
3D DRAWINGS AND
PHOTOREALISTIC RENDER
Lastly, I'll unveil the proposed design in all its glory, offering visual representations, precise floor plans, and actual sample materials. If you're looking for an extra touch of realism, you can even opt for a photorealistic render – a sneak peek into the future, where your space is fully realised and ready for its close-up.
NEXT PHASE
During this phase, we transition from ideas to action, spurred by your invaluable input. Here's where I roll up my sleeves and work on crafting a design concept that aligns perfectly with your vision.
Striking visual representations serve a dual purpose: they empower you to envision the end result clearly while also captivating potential investors, making them more inclined to contribute financially.
